We love to share our successes and this is a great example of our work on the renovation of this Queenslander in the Brisbane suburb of Grange. The transformation of this previously dated property helped the owners realise a 224% profit after selling it earlier this year, after purchasing it in March 2019.

Dig deeper and look at comparable 4 bedroom properties in the suburb and the median price is slightly higher, at $1,800,000. 

This makes the sale price – $2,600,000 – achieved in May 2022 all the more impressive. This is an increase of 224% over the three years and two months the owners held the property – and were initially expecting to get $2.1 million for it.
