Founded in 2012, Owner and Director, Gerard Beauchamp has built Citi Living from the ground up, bringing over 20 years experience in the Brisbane commercial construction market to his work. With this wealth of knowledge and experience, Gerard treats his projects and clients with the highest degree of efficiency and professionalism.
Always taking a hands on approach, Gerard is in contact with clients throughout every stage of the construction and development process, personally embedding his passion for property into everything he does. Working with a small team of Citi Living specialists, Gerard spends the majority of his time on site to ensure that quality is met on every level. Citi Living focuses on the allotment and development of new homes and town houses as well as existing home renovations.
